We provide NH farm raised red deer, which is all natural. Our venison is low in fat and calories, but higher in protein then most other meats.
Farm raised means a light non-gamey flavor with a juicy texture. All cuts are processed under USDA inspection.

Red Deer Venison is one of the most healthy meats you can eat. It is also one of the tastiest. Red Deer Venison retains just enough of that distinctive taste to come through in traditional and modern recipes. Those who have tried our Venison know how good it is!

Click the Contact Us at the bottom of the page for information on our hours of operation and how to find us.

Cooking

We recommend cooking Red Deer Venison the same as you would cook the beef dishes you prefer. You do not need to marinate because it is naturally tender.

Take care not to over cook because without the higher fat content, the meat will become dry when overcooked. If you prefer well done meat, you may try braising recipes and cook until tender. Let us know if you would like recipes suited to our cuts of meat.

Enjoy!
